Terms and Conditions
 There is a 2 hour minimum charge on all jobs and 3 hours for 2 or 3 men and van. After the first 2-3 hours, we charge every additional hour.
 Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control for which we don’t accept responsibility.
 All payments must be made in cash upon job completion. Any other kind of payment must be agreed on and made at least 5 working days before moving day.
 We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost property after job and payment is completed.
 It's the customers responsibility to provide parking (reserve a space for the van outside of property before our arrival or arrange a suspension or permit where necessary with local council) If there is no pre-arranged parking and our van receives a ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine to the driver at the end of job.
 It's the customers’ responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
 We can provide packing materials at additional cost agreed prior to move, boxes may be included in cost of packing service provided by Leovan dependably on package choosen before moving day. We can sell boxes for individual cost of £2.50 dependably on size and quality of materials.
 We may deliver / pick up boxes at additional cost dependable on distance and volume of boxes provided usually delivery cost of £20 for local delivery and additional milage calculated individally before hand.
 For local moves to save environment and recycle packing boxes we may offer lending boxes for up to 30 days, for this pourpouse deposit will be required at additional cost of £2.50 per box on average size boxes plus delivery / pick up charge.
 It's the customers responsibility to dismantle before our arrival any unit, system, furniture and beds.
 It's the customers’ responsibility to make sure that all items will fit in the new premises. (e.g. wardrobe, bed, sofa etc.) We are not insured for removing any doors or making new entrances to the premises.
 If any delay is caused by the customer ( e.g. everything is not packed, waiting for keys, incorrect address, etc. ) we reserve the right to add an extra cost to the final bill.
 Our vans are fitted with satellite navigation systems which our drivers follow to get to each destination. If you are aware of a quicker/shorter route please inform your driver and we will endeavour to follow it, otherwise the driver will follow the route provided by the satellite navigation system and we accept no responsibility for how long the journey takes.
 If the customer changes or cancels the booking after it is already confirmed, the customer will be charged 50% of the confirmed amount if cancelled within 5 working days before the job. If you change or cancel the booking within 24 hours before the job, you will be charged in full.
 European Moves will require a 50% deposit, paid no later than 48hrs prior to date of the move. Any cancelations due to non-payment of this deposit will be subject to a £100 cancelation and administration fee.
 All quotations are made with best intention and any estimates of how long a job will take, and hence the costs, are estimates only. You are liable for the full time that you use the service based on return journey to Guildford in Surrey.
 Leovan is not open to negotiate price once a move has been completed. Full payment is demanded unless prior discounts have been agreed. Any late payments will be subject to late payment fee of £30.00 a day. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any bookings made due to hazardous or unsafe weather conditions. No staff abuse will be tolerated. If the driver is forced to terminate a job because of abuse from a customer, the customer will still be charged in full.
 By making a booking with Leovan, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of our service.
